Lip fillers, cheek fillers, jawline filler, under eye filler, and full facial rejuvenation. JUVÉDERM®, Restylane®, Radiesse®, Sculptra®, and Revanesse®. Serving Manhattan Beach, Hawthorne, Westchester, Playa Vista, and the LAX corridor.
Dermal fillers are injectable gels — most commonly hyaluronic acid — used to restore volume, define contours, smooth lines, and lift areas affected by natural aging. Unlike neurotoxins which relax muscles, fillers work by physically adding structure and volume to specific areas of the face and occasionally the body.
At our El Segundo location, every filler treatment begins with a detailed facial assessment. Your provider studies your bone structure, soft tissue, skin quality, and existing asymmetries before recommending a single syringe or a full plan. The goal is always a result that looks like you — just rested, refreshed, and balanced.
Every treatment includes a complimentary follow-up within 21 days. Authentic product only — sourced directly from Allergan, Galderma, Merz, and Prollenium as an Allergan Diamond Practice.
📅 Book Your SessionEvery filler treatment at El Segundo is performed by a licensed Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with advanced injector training. We study facial anatomy, tissue planes, vascular maps, and individual anatomy variations. The result is precise, safe placement — not a template.
Natural volume, defined borders, symmetry correction, and hydration. We carry every major lip filler brand — your provider recommends the right product for your lip anatomy and goal.
If you do not want to use the full syringe in one visit, we will hold your specific syringe for up to 30 days. Come back within that window for any adjustment or additional volume at no extra product cost. This is a good option for first-time lip filler patients who want to start subtle and build gradually.
Not sure which lip filler is right for you?
Your provider will assess your lip anatomy and recommend the right product at your session.Restore lost midface volume, lift the lower face, and create natural cheekbone definition. The cheek area anchors the entire face — volume here addresses sagging, hollowing, and aged appearance across multiple zones at once.
Sharpen jawline contour, project the chin, and reduce the appearance of jowling — without surgery. One of the fastest-growing filler applications in both men and women.
The tear trough is the groove between the lower eyelid and the cheek. When volume is lost here — through aging, genetics, or weight loss — it creates a hollow, shadowed, or tired appearance that no amount of sleep corrects. Filler placed in this area restores the smooth transition from eyelid to cheek, reducing shadows and the appearance of dark circles caused by structural hollowing.
Tear trough treatment requires precise, conservative placement by a highly trained provider. We use fine-particle, low-viscosity hyaluronic acid products in this area and always err on the side of less — undercorrection is safer and correctable, overcorrection is not.
Products used: Restylane® Refyne, JUVÉDERM® Volbella® XC, or Restylane® Silk depending on your anatomy. Your provider will make a product recommendation at your session.
📅 Book Your SessionDark circles caused by pigmentation rather than hollowing do not respond to filler. Your provider will tell you honestly whether tear trough filler is appropriate for your specific situation.
Soften deep folds and lines with precisely placed filler. These areas benefit from mid-viscosity products that add volume without looking overfilled.
The lines that run from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth. They deepen as the midface loses volume and descends. Treated with mid-viscosity HA filler placed alongside the fold and/or in the midface to lift the overlying tissue.
Restylane® Refyne · Restylane® Defyne · JUVÉDERM® Ultra Plus XCLines that run downward from the corners of the mouth. Often contribute to a sad or stern resting expression. Filler here softens the descent and restores the corner of the mouth to a more neutral or slightly upturned position.
Restylane® Defyne · JUVÉDERM® Ultra Plus XC · Radiesse®Vertical fine lines around the mouth from repeated movement and collagen loss. Treated with fine-particle, low-viscosity products placed superficially to smooth the surface without adding visible bulk.
JUVÉDERM® Volbella® XC · Restylane® Silk · Restylane® RefyneLoss of volume in the temples creates a skeletal appearance and contributes to brow descent. Restoring temple volume provides a subtle lift to the outer brow and softens the overall facial silhouette.
Restylane® Lyft · JUVÉDERM® Voluma® XC · Radiesse®Volume loss in the hands causes veins, tendons, and bones to become more prominent — a common giveaway of aging that does not match a refreshed face. Restylane® Lyft is FDA-approved specifically for hand augmentation.
Restylane® Lyft (FDA approved for hands) · Radiesse®Strategic filler placement to reshape the nose without surgery. Commonly used to smooth dorsal humps, lift a drooping tip, improve symmetry, and refine the nasal profile. Results are immediate. Not a replacement for surgical rhinoplasty — but for the right candidate it can address specific cosmetic concerns precisely and with no downtime. Not appropriate if you have previously had a surgical rhinoplasty or significant nasal trauma.

It is a poly-L-lactic acid collagen stimulator that works by triggering your body's own collagen production rather than adding an external gel. The results build gradually over 3–6 months and last significantly longer than standard HA fillers.
The ideal candidate for Sculptra® is someone dealing with global facial volume loss rather than a single targeted area — the diffuse hollowing, flattening, and skin laxity that makes the face look aged rather than just tired. A typical protocol involves 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, with results that vary by individual — your provider will set realistic expectations based on your anatomy and response.
Sculptra® is also used off-label for body applications including buttock augmentation, hip dips, and skin laxity on the arms, knees, and décolleté.
Radiesse® is a calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) filler that works in two ways: it immediately adds volume like a traditional filler, and it stimulates collagen and elastin production over time as the CaHA particles are naturally absorbed. This dual-action mechanism makes results last longer than most HA fillers.
It is particularly well-suited for structural areas like the jawline, chin, and cheeks where firmness is an advantage. It is also FDA-approved for hand augmentation. Radiesse® cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase — making precise placement by a skilled provider critical.
Radiesse® is not reversible with hyaluronidase. Precise placement by a trained provider is essential. Your provider will discuss candidacy, risks, and realistic expectations at your session.
Bellafill® is a PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) collagen-based filler and the only FDA-approved filler with a 5-year safety study. Unlike HA fillers, Bellafill® is not absorbed by the body. It works in two ways: an immediate collagen gel provides volume on day one, while microspheres of PMMA remain in place permanently, creating a scaffold that supports ongoing volume.
Bellafill® is FDA-approved for nasolabial folds and acne scars. It is the right choice for patients who are confident in their aesthetic goals, have had good results with HA fillers in the past, and are ready for a longer-term solution without repeated maintenance.
Important: Bellafill® cannot be dissolved. A skin test is required 4 weeks before treatment to rule out allergy. This product requires a highly skilled injector and careful patient selection — your provider will discuss candidacy thoroughly at your session.
📅 Book Your SessionBellafill® is a permanent product. It is not appropriate for every patient. Candidacy is assessed carefully at your session and a skin test is required before proceeding.

"I have had lip filler at three different places and this was by far the most natural result. She actually listened to what I wanted and did not just overfill me. My lips look like mine but better."
Sophia R., El Segundo"Did the Voluma for my cheeks. The difference is subtle but real. My face looks more lifted and my jawline looks sharper even though she only treated the cheeks. Really impressive technique."
Lauren M., Manhattan Beach"Got VOLUX for my jawline and chin. I am a guy and I was nervous it would look overdone. It looks completely natural, just more defined. Several people said I look like I lost weight."
Ryan T., Hawthorne"The tear trough treatment changed how I look in photos. I always looked exhausted even when I was not. Now the hollowing is gone and my eyes look rested. Took two days to settle but was worth it."
Diana K., Westchester"Started Sculptra six months ago. I did not want to look done, I just wanted to look like myself again. The results are so gradual that no one can tell I had anything done. I just look better."
Patricia L., Playa Vista"The free follow-up they include is not a gimmick. I came back two weeks later and she adjusted one side that needed a touch more. Zero charge. That is the kind of practice you stay loyal to."
Aisha B., InglewoodResults vary significantly from person to person. Factors like metabolism, lifestyle, the area treated, and how much product is used all play a role. Your provider will give you a realistic picture at your session based on your specific anatomy and the product being used. We do not quote specific timeframes because doing so sets expectations we cannot guarantee.
Most filler products contain lidocaine, which reduces discomfort significantly during injection. Lips are the most sensitive area — topical numbing is applied before lip treatments. Most patients describe the sensation as mild pressure and occasional pinching. Sessions are brief and most areas are complete in under 30 minutes.
Hyaluronic acid fillers — JUVÉDERM® and Restylane® — can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks down HA. Radiesse® and Sculptra® cannot be dissolved. This is one reason precise placement by a skilled provider matters, and why we always recommend a conservative first approach.
Neurotoxins like BOTOX® relax muscles to reduce dynamic wrinkles caused by movement. Fillers add physical volume and structure to restore what has been lost or enhance what was never there. They address different problems and are often used together for a more complete result. Your provider will recommend the right combination based on your assessment.
This depends entirely on your anatomy, goals, and the specific area. Lips typically require 0.5–1 syringe. Cheeks may need 1–2 syringes per side for meaningful restoration. Tear trough often requires 0.5 syringe per side. Jawline contouring varies significantly. Your provider will give you a realistic estimate at your session with written pricing before treatment begins.
Most patients return to normal activity the same day. Swelling and mild tenderness for 24–72 hours is normal, particularly in the lips and under-eye area. Bruising is possible at any injection site and typically resolves within 5–10 days. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise for 24 hours and heavy sun exposure for the remainder of the day.
A liquid facelift is a coordinated multi-area filler treatment that addresses multiple zones of volume loss and contour change in one session or series. Rather than treating one isolated area, your provider designs a comprehensive plan for cheeks, temples, jawline, chin, and midface that lifts and restores the face as a whole. Results are non-surgical with no downtime.
