Your experience at Skin Works Medical Spa is important to us. Knowing what to expect can help your visit go smoothly without any unwanted surprises. We are proud to be the highest-rated Medical Spa in the region, and we strive to keep our standards as high as possible so we can deliver the boutique experience that Skin Works Medical Spa is known for.

Please take a moment to read the following information:

On Your First Visit

Please fill out all your patient forms before your arrival. If you cannot complete the forms before your visit, please arrive 20 minutes early to allow extra time for check-in. Arriving late will limit the time for your consultation, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your appointment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may need to reschedule.


Late Policy

If you arrive later than scheduled, we will try to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be canceled and may be subject to a  cancellation fee. Last-minute schedule changes will only be honored if a service appointment is available for a later time of that day and other guests are not inconvenienced. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice and no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.


Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We do not provide refunds for same-day canceled and no-show appointments. Last-minute schedule changes will only be honored if the service time is available and other guests are not inconvenienced. As part of our terms and conditions, a mandatory $50 appointment deposit is required for first-time patients, weekend appointments, and for patients with a record of three or more cancellations or no-shows within a 12-month period. This deposit policy is instituted to ensure the integrity of our scheduling system and maintain the high standard of service we provide. This measure aids in minimizing disruptions and maintaining service quality for all our clients.


Refund Policy

At Skin Works, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and results. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and are communicated at all points of sale, online and offline.

If, upon consultation, our specialists determine that a patient is not an ideal candidate for a purchased service, we will issue a full refund.
For treatment plans or packages, we conduct a thorough evaluation at the end of the treatment period. This approach allows us to assess the patient’s progress and the effectiveness of the treatment comprehensively. If, at the end of a treatment plan or package, the results are not in line with the expected outcomes as determined in the initial assessment, we will offer appropriate remedies, which may include partial refunds or additional treatments at reduced cost. We strive to ensure that every patient’s treatment journey is successful and satisfactory.


Special Conditions

Please notify the front desk before scheduling your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.


Age Requirement

Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult. 



We cannot accommodate guests accompanying clients in the treatment area of the spa, including those complying with our age restriction policy. All non-clients must remain in the waiting lounge.

We strictly respect our ‘Patients Right to Know’, and we do feel it is our duty to explain everything the best we can. We encourage you to let us know how we can improve our services.
