On Your First Visit

 

Please complete all patient forms before arrival. If you cannot complete the forms in advance, please arrive 20 minutes early to allow extra time for check-in. Arriving late will reduce your consultation time, limiting its effectiveness. Your appointment will end on time to avoid delays for other guests. Patients arriving 15 minutes late or more may need to reschedule.

 

Late Policy

 

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other guests, and you will still be charged the full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be canceled and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Last-minute schedule changes will only be accommodated if an appointment slot is available later that day without disrupting other guests. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice and no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

 

We do not offer refunds for same-day cancellations or no-show appointments. Last-minute schedule changes will only be honored if the service time is available and does not disrupt other guests. As part of our terms and conditions, a mandatory $50 appointment deposit is required for:

  • First-time patients
  • Weekend appointments
  • Patients with three or more cancellations/no-shows within a 12-month period

This deposit policy helps maintain scheduling integrity and ensures high-quality service for all clients.

 

Refund Policy

 

At Skin Works Medical Spa, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and results. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and this policy is communicated at all points of sale, both online and offline.

If, during a consultation, our specialists determine that a patient is not an ideal candidate for a purchased service, a full refund will be issued.

For treatment plans or packages, we conduct a thorough evaluation at the end of the treatment period. If results do not align with the expected outcomes set during the initial assessment, we may offer:

  • Partial refunds
  • Additional treatments at a reduced cost

We aim to ensure every patient’s treatment journey is successful and satisfactory.

 

Special Conditions

 

Please notify the front desk before scheduling your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.

Age Requirement

 

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without adult approval or accompaniment.

 

Visitors

 

For the privacy and comfort of all guests, we do not allow visitors to accompany clients in the treatment area. All non-clients must remain in the waiting lounge.
