On Your First Visit

Please complete all patient forms before arrival. If you cannot complete them in advance, arrive 20 minutes early to allow extra time for check-in.

Arriving late reduces your consultation time. Your appointment ends on time regardless — to protect other guests. Patients arriving 10 minutes late or more may need to reschedule.

Deposit Policy

For first-time patients, our booking system requires a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. This is standard practice and helps us reserve your time with confidence on both sides.

All of our treatments begin with a complimentary consultation, and consultations are always free with no purchase obligation. If you are coming in for a consultation only, the same $50 deposit applies. It stays on your account as store credit ready to use whenever you like, or you can ask for it back at the front desk and we will refund it in full.

For all other appointments, the deposit is applied to your treatment at checkout. If you prefer a refund instead, simply let the front desk know before you leave. The only time it is forfeited is if the appointment is missed or canceled the same day.

Cancellations & No-Shows

A well-organized schedule is how we make sure every patient gets our full attention. If your plans change, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives our team time to adjust and offer your spot to another guest who may be waiting.

If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other guests, and the full service fee still applies. Patients who arrive 10 minutes late or more may need to reschedule.

If you have a same-day cancellation or no-show on your account, the booking system will automatically require a deposit the next time you schedule. Show up and the deposit is applied to your treatment at checkout. If you prefer a refund, just let the front desk know before you leave. After your next visit your account resets and no deposit is required going forward.

This is not a penalty. It is simply how we protect our schedule so every patient, including you, gets the care and attention they came for.

Price Match Policy

We keep our pricing simple, transparent, and competitive. All treatment prices are listed online with no hidden fees. Our price match policy exists to give patients confidence they are receiving the best possible price for the same medical service.

Price matching may be considered for the exact same treatment performed by a licensed medical spa, dermatology office, or plastic surgery practice within a 5-mile radius. Treatment depth, technology, and provider credentials must be comparable.

To qualify, provide either a non-expired written quote or a verifiable current price published directly on the competing provider's official website on the same date. The quote must clearly identify the treatment, provider, and location.

Third-party marketplaces, group-buy platforms, flash sales, email promotions, screenshots without source verification, social media ads, or claims from unknown providers do not qualify.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. This policy is communicated at all points of sale, both online and offline.

If during a consultation our specialists determine that a patient is not an ideal candidate for a purchased service, a full refund will be issued.

For treatment plans or packages, we conduct a thorough evaluation at the end of the treatment period. If results do not align with expected outcomes set during the initial assessment, we may offer:

  • Partial refunds
  • Additional treatments at a reduced cost

Special Conditions

Please notify the front desk before scheduling if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.

Age & Visitors

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without adult approval or accompaniment.

For the privacy and comfort of all guests, visitors may not accompany clients in the treatment area. All non-clients must remain in the waiting lounge.
