We are not built like a large corporate chain. Our providers work close to the people making decisions, build long-term relationships with patients, and have room to develop their own strengths inside a shared clinical standard.
That does not mean lower expectations. It means accountability is more direct, good work is more visible, and initiative has somewhere to go.
What We Offer
Skin Works has served the South Bay since 2014. You join a practice with an existing patient base, published treatment information, and a recognizable local presence.
Aesthetic medicine changes quickly. We continue training across treatments, devices, technique, patient communication, safety, and follow-up rather than treating education as a one-time onboarding event.
Depending on role, experience, licensure, and current practice needs, opportunities may include part-time, full-time, or other arrangements discussed individually.
Our locations work across injectables, lasers, skin rejuvenation, medical weight management, wellness, and other aesthetic services, with offerings varying by location.
Torrance is our flagship, with additional Skin Works locations in El Segundo and San Pedro. Opportunities vary by location and service mix.
When someone has an idea that improves patient care, workflow, training, or the practice itself, we want that idea to reach the people who can act on it.
Who We Look For
Aesthetic experience can be developed. Reliability, judgment, work ethic, curiosity, and how you treat people are harder to teach. We look for both potential and professionalism.
