All sales are final. Because Skin Works sells medical aesthetic services and treatment credits, completed purchases are not treated like ordinary retail returns.

If, before treatment, our medical team determines that you are not an appropriate clinical candidate for a service you already purchased, we will not perform that treatment. Depending on the circumstances and applicable purchase terms, a refund or store credit toward another appropriate service may apply.

Validity is determined by the specific service, package, promotion, or treatment credit you purchase. The applicable validity period is published with the offer or provided at the time of purchase.

• Many single-treatment purchases are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• Some packages, bundles, and promotional purchases are valid for 24 months from the purchase date.
• If a specific purchase page states a different validity period, the terms shown on that purchase apply.

If you are unsure when an existing purchase expires, text us at (844) 759-6757 and we can check your account.

If your plans change, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment whenever possible. Advance notice gives us an opportunity to adjust the schedule and offer the appointment time to another patient.

If you cancel the same day or do not show for your appointment, our booking system may require a deposit before your next appointment can be confirmed.

When you attend that next appointment, the deposit can be applied to your treatment at checkout or refunded if you request it at the front desk before leaving. After that visit, the account returns to the normal booking process.
