Arrival
On Your First Visit
Please complete all patient forms before arrival. If you cannot complete them in advance, arrive 20 minutes early to allow extra time for check-in.
Arriving late reduces the time available for your appointment. We do our best to accommodate everyone, but patients arriving 10 minutes late or more may need to be rescheduled so the rest of the day is not delayed.
Deposits
Deposit Policy
For first-time patients, our booking system requires a $50 deposit to secure the appointment. The deposit reserves your time; the consultation itself remains complimentary.
If your first visit is consultation-only and no treatment or purchase is made, you may ask for the $50 deposit to be refunded at checkout. If you prefer to keep value on your account, the deposit may instead be converted to a $75 Skin Works store credit according to the applicable store-credit terms.
If treatment is performed, the deposit can be applied toward the treatment at checkout.
Please make your refund or store-credit preference clear at checkout before you leave so your account can be handled correctly.
Scheduling
Cancellations & No-Shows
If your plans change, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Advance notice gives our team time to adjust the schedule and offer the appointment to another patient.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate the appointment without delaying other patients. In some cases the service may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Patients arriving 10 minutes late or more may need to reschedule.
A same-day cancellation or missed appointment may result in the existing deposit being forfeited and may require a new deposit before the next appointment can be confirmed.
The purpose of the deposit is to protect reserved appointment time, not to create an unnecessary penalty. If an unusual circumstance affects your appointment, contact us and let our team review it with you.
Pricing
Price Match Policy
We publish our treatment pricing so patients can compare options before booking. Price matching may be considered when another established local medical practice is offering the same treatment under meaningfully comparable conditions.
For review, the competing offer should generally be within a 5-mile radius and must be current and verifiable. Treatment type, treatment area, technology or product, provider qualifications, and other material terms must be comparable.
Please provide either a current written quote or a price published directly on the competing practice’s official website. We must be able to verify the treatment, provider or practice, location, price, and applicable terms.
- Third-party marketplaces and group-buy platforms do not qualify.
- Expired promotions and unverifiable screenshots do not qualify.
- Offers must be for substantially comparable medical aesthetic care, not simply a similarly named service.
- All price-match requests remain subject to verification and approval.
To request a review, text us at (844) 759-6757.
Purchases
Refund & Credit Policy
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services, all sales are final. Purchase validity and any promotional terms shown at checkout or on the specific offer also apply.
If, before treatment, our medical team determines that you are not an appropriate clinical candidate for a service you purchased, we will not perform that treatment. The applicable purchase terms may allow the unused value to be moved to store credit or otherwise resolved by management.
If you are concerned about the result of a treatment that has already been performed, please contact us so a provider can assess the area. Skin Works provides complimentary follow-up care to evaluate treatment concerns and determine whether additional clinical follow-up is appropriate.
Health
Medical Conditions & Candidacy
Please tell our team about relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, prior procedures, or other health information that may affect treatment safety or timing.
Some conditions—including uncontrolled blood pressure, diabetes, active infection, pregnancy, healing disorders, and certain medications—may affect candidacy for specific treatments. Your provider will determine whether a service is appropriate for you.
If you are unsure whether something in your medical history matters, tell us. It is better for the provider to review the information than for you to decide on your own that it is not relevant.
Clinic Rules
Age & Visitors
Patients under 18 may require parent or legal-guardian consent and accompaniment, and some elective services may not be available to minors. Eligibility depends on the treatment, clinical circumstances, and applicable requirements.
For patient privacy, safety, and treatment-room workflow, visitors may be asked to remain in the waiting area rather than accompany a patient into the treatment room.
Privacy
Privacy & Health Information
Skin Works handles patient information within a medical-practice environment. Our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices explain how health and personal information may be used, disclosed, protected, and accessed.
If you have a privacy question or concern, please contact us rather than sending sensitive medical information through a public social-media channel.

Questions or Concerns?
If you are unsure how a policy applies to your appointment, purchase, or treatment plan, contact us. We would rather clarify the terms before your visit than have you arrive with unanswered questions.
