Do I have to receive treatment before the sale ends?

No. The October 22 deadline is for purchasing the anniversary offer. You can schedule later, within the validity period shown on your product page. Appointment availability and treatment suitability still apply.

How long do I have to use my purchase?

It varies by offer. Neurotoxins and most fillers show 12 months; laser hair removal packages show 18 months; many session packages and select services show 24 months. Each listing above shows the purchase validity found in its product terms.

Can I share or gift my purchase?

Many session packages explicitly allow sharing or gifting. Neurotoxin credits may be shared with one additional person. Rules vary by item, and each recipient requires provider approval. Prime Pass itself is non-transferable, though its credit may purchase eligible gifts.

What if my treatment plans change?

Review your specific offer before purchasing. Refund, credit and substitution rules differ: neurotoxin purchases state they are refundable if you are not a candidate, while many other services state store-credit options. Product-specific terms apply.
