All purchased services expire after 12 months from the date of purchase. All sales are final. However, if our medical team determines that you are not a suitable candidate for the service you purchased, you may be eligible to exchange it for store credit, which can be applied toward other services.
No-shows and cancelations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $50 to $80 penalty fee that we may deduct from your deposit.
